How do I download my purchase?
Download the Pulse downloader from their website
Adding a product in Pulse is easy – simply click on “Add a Product”, enter your “Redemption Key” (received when purchasing your sample library), press “Redeem” and its in your library, with access to it forever.

How do I install my product (Non-Kontakt)?
Once downloaded from pulse locate the folder and the relevant system installer and follow the instructions on screen.
Once in your DAW select the vst and it will automactially promt you to install the samples. -
How do I install my product (Kontakt)?
Firstly please remember that all of our Kontakt Libraries require a full version of Kontakt 6.8.0 or higher in order to run.
Once downloaded from pulse open Kontakt, in the files tab locate the product folder and double click the instrument to load in. -
How can I redownload a product or update?
This can all be done through the Pulse app, at anytime you can choose to reinstall (download) your product and it will let you know when product updates are avalible to download and install.

Are you continuing to support Kontakt Libraries?
While we have begun releasing our own standalone plugins support for our Kontakt release will remain and you will always have access to your products.

Will there be support for other Operating Systems?
Currently our standalone vsts are only supported on Windows (10 or later) and MacOs 10.15 or later.
Support for Linux is coming and will hopefully be complete before the end of this year
