These terms and conditions govern your use of www.occult-audio.com and any purchases made through our store. By purchasing from Occult Audio you agree to these terms.
- ABOUT US
Occult Audio is a trading name of James Cox, a sole trader registered in England and Wales, based in Newhaven, East Sussex.

- OUR PRODUCTS
All products sold by Occult Audio are digital instruments and software plugins delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Products are delivered via licence key (issued through our Pulse delivery system) following successful payment.
- LICENCE
When you purchase a product from Occult Audio you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that instrument on your own projects. This licence permits you to:
- Install and use the instrument on up to two personal computers
- Use the instrument in commercial and non-commercial music productions, film scores, game soundtracks, and other creative works
This licence does not permit you to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the instrument or its samples with any third party
- Include the raw samples or instrument files in any sample library, sound pack, or similar product
- Transfer the licence to another person or entity
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the instrument or its files
Occult Audio retains all intellectual property rights in its instruments, samples, and software at all times.
- PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via PayPal. Occult Audio does not store your payment details.
Prices are subject to change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged.
- DELIVERY
Licence keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout following successful payment confirmation. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
If you have not received your licence key within 24 hours of purchase please contact support@www.occult-audio.com with your order number.
- REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a licence key has been issued and delivered. This is in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which provide that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content where delivery has begun with your prior consent.
If you experience a technical issue with a product please contact us at support@www.occult-audio.com before requesting a refund and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
In the event of a genuine fault or error on our part we reserve the right to offer a replacement, fix, or refund at our discretion.
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We provide support for our products via email at support@www.occult-audio.com. We aim to respond to all support queries within 2-3 business days.
Support covers installation, activation, and technical issues with our instruments. We are unable to provide support for third party software, DAWs, or hardware.
- SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the minimum requirements for any product before purchasing. System requirements are listed on each product page. We are unable to offer refunds on the basis of system incompatibility where requirements were clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- UPDATES
We may release updates to our instruments from time to time. Where updates are provided free of charge they will be made available to existing licence holders. We reserve the right to charge for major version updates.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occult Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at www.occult-audio.com/terms. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
